TS EAPCET Hall Ticket 2024 Download: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released hall tickets for the Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical (Pharmacy) Streams of TS EAMCET / EAPCET 2024 on its official Website at eapcet.tsche.ac.in/TSEAPCET. Candidates who have applied for TS EAPCET 2024 can download their admit cards by visiting the link provided at the end of this Article or from official website of TSCHE at eapcet.tsche.ac.in.

TS EAPCET 2024 Exam

TS EAMCET 2024 for Agriculture and Pharmacy Stream will be conducted on May 7 and 8. While Engineering (E) Stream Exams will be organized on May 9,10 and 11. Exams will be conducted in two Shifts except Last Day. Morning Session is be from 9 AM to 12 PM and Forenoon Session will be from 3 PM to 6 PM.

This year a total of 3,42,958 people have applied for TS EAPCET, which is conducted for admissions in engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses. Of these, 2,46,862 applied for engineering, 95,783 for agriculture and pharmacy, and 313 for both exams, officials announced.

How to download TS EAPCET Hall Ticket 2024?

Step 1. Visit the official website at eapcet.tsche.ac.in.

Step 2: Look for Download Hall Ticket (A&P) from middle of the page

Step 3: Click on the link. In the new Window you will be asked Registration Number , Intermediate Hall ticket number and Date of Birth.

Step 4: After Submitting these Correct details, Hall ticket will be displayed on Screen.

Step 5: Hit Print and Save the print out because you must produce it in Exam Hall.

Details Mentioned on TS EAMCET Hall Ticket 2024

After Downloading of TS EAPCET Hallticket from the official Website,  candidates must check whether all the details mentioned on it are correct or not. The details that need to be checked are:

  • Name of the candidate
  • Roll number
  • Candidate’s photograph
  • Signature of the candidate
  • Exam’s date and venue
  • Reporting time
  • Instructions related to the exam

TS EAPCET 2024 Instructions to Candidates 

Hall Ticket along with Filled in Online Application Form with duly affixed recent color passport size photograph in this form,
Left-hand Thumb Impression of the candidate to be done well in advance (at least a day before the examination day) in the space provided. However, the candidate has to submit this Filled in Online Application form to the invigilator after signing in the presence of the Invigilator.

Other Important Instructions

  1. Hall ticket issued to the candidate is an important document. Candidates are required to preserve it carefully.
  2. Hall tickets are not transferable. Any tampering of the Hall Ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
  3. Candidate shall arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before commencement of the examination.
  4. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall once the examination has commenced.
  5. Candidates are required to bring the following to the examination hall:
  6. Hall Ticket ii) Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black) iii) Filled in Online Application Form with passport size Photo affixed and left-hand thumb impression. iv) Attested copy of Caste
  7. The candidate should not bring any other material. This instruction sheet also should not be brought into the examination hall. Candidates should not bring Log books, Tables, Calculators, Pagers, Cell Phones, etc., into the examination hall. Any candidate found in possession of any forbidden material will be sent out of the examination hall.
  8. The candidate should read the instructions carefully before answering the questions in the Online examination.
  9. Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till the completion of the examination. In no case, they will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination.
  10. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions given for answering and other entries for writing the Online examination
  11. The Question Paper given to the candidate shall consist of 160 questions (multiple choice type) in three different sections subject-wise, with four responses given to each question, out of which select the appropriate answer.
  12. Candidates are required to answer all the questions. All questions carry equal marks. There is no negative mark for an incorrect answer.

Instructions to be followed for Computer-Based Test

1. Exam duration would be 180 Minutes.
2. The examination link with the login screen will already be available on your system. Please inform the invigilator if this is not the case.
3. 15 minutes prior to the exam, you will be prompted to log in.
4. Copying or noting down questions and/or options is not allowed. Severe action will be taken if any candidate is found, noting down the questions and/or options.

General Instructions

  1. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of the screen will display the remaining time available for you to complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not be required to end or submit your examination.
  2. The Marked for Review status for a question simply indicates that you would like to look at that question again. If a question is answered and Marked for Review, your answer to that question will be considered in the evaluation.
  3. You can click on the “>” arrow, which appears to the left of the question palette, to collapse the question palette, thereby maximizing the question window. To view the question palette again, you can click on “<, ” which appears on the right side of the question window.
  4. You can click on [Scroll Down] to navigate to the bottom and [Scroll Up] to navigate to the top of the question area, without scrolling.

Navigating to a Question

To answer a question, do the following:

  1. Click on the question number in the Question Palette at the right of your screen to go to that numbered question directly. Note that using this option does NOT save your answer to the current question.
  2. Click on Save & Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
  3. Click on Mark for Review & Next to save your answer for the current question, mark it for review, and then go to the next question.

Answering a Question

Procedure for answering a multiple-choice type question:

  1. To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options
  2. To deselect your chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the Clear Response button
  3. To change your chosen answer, click on the button of another option that you feel is more appropriate.
  4. To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button
  5. To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an answer is selected for a question that is marked for Review, that answer will be considered in the evaluation.
  6. To change your answer to a question that has already been answered, first select that question for answering and then follow the procedure for answering that type of question

Note that ONLY Questions for which answers are saved or marked for review after answering will be Considered for evaluation.
